I was practicing Ikigai mentoring even before I knew of the existence of this technique.
The Japanese word Ikigai can be translated as “what is worth living for” and from the very beginning of my work in coaching, guiding people on a path of discovery of their own feelings in order that they might come to focus their direction and then to manifest their true potential has always been fundamental.
I used to call this form of accompaniment “Path Focusing and Self Vocation.”
And it is precisely from this kind of experience, gained by accompanying many people on their path toward self-realization, that the course “Discover Your Talents” was born. I have been offering this course for some time now twice a year in person (weekend residential course) and online in a shortened version (see event calendar).
Training in Ikigai Mentoring with Selene Calloni Williams has given me additional tools to be able to accompany the person on a true path of spiritual growth, because living one’s Ikigai is a joy, a continuous source of satisfaction, completion and fulfillment.
The impossible is only the basis for creating infinite possibilities!
